Why Psychotherapy?
At some point in our lives we all need some help or assistance. You may be struggling to make sense of your life or experiences. You do not have to do this alone.
It can be a great relief to speak to someone non-judgmental, who really listens and can understand the world from your perspective.
It may be helpful to reflect, explore and examine your life with an approachable, experienced and understanding therapist. This is where I can help. Together we can make sense of your situation and find a path through.
How I can help
I understand how demands of work, caring or life in general can leave people vulnerable to anxiety, stress or burnout. There can be a fear of shame or failure in asking for help, or showing vulnerability. I can support you in your courageous step to ask for help and walk alongside you as we explore your experiences.

Taking your first step
It is important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. A first meeting is an opportunity to ask more about psychotherapy and talk about how we can work together successfully.
