I have just completed my sessions with Adrienne Kirk.

When I was first referred to counselling I did not think I would find it useful or beneficial. How wrong was I.

Adrienne was exceptional in the way she was able to allow me to understand what I was going through.  I had a previous councellor ( work related) who made me feel anxious and not wanting to engage. Adrienne had the opposite effect and I looked forward to every session. Adrienne is a credit to her profession and I am eternally in her debt.
